1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FinReal website, products or services (“Services”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where digital-asset use is restricted or prohibited.

3. Description of Services

FinReal Labs (“FinReal,” “we,” “our”) provides information about BReal (BRL) and related digital assets, as well as access to wallets, dashboards and APIs. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of private keys, seed phrases and login credentials. FinReal is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access.

5. Fees

Certain actions (mint, redeem, network transfers) may incur fees as disclosed in the applicable interface or documentation. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Use of the Services in violation of any law or regulation;
• Engaging in fraud, money-laundering or terrorist financing;
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise security or functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text and graphics on this site are owned by FinReal or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” FinReal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinReal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FinReal, its affiliates and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

FinReal may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the Courts of São Paulo, SP.
